Delivery times are counted from dispatch and are estimates. Customs checks and carrier delays can occasionally add time, especially for international orders.
Dispatch time
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment. Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays are dispatched on the next business day.
International orders, customs and duties
We ship to all countries. For orders outside the United Kingdom, import duties and taxes may be charged by your country’s customs on delivery. These are not included in our prices or shipping costs and are paid by the customer.
Tracking your order
When your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost, damaged or delayed parcels
If your order arrives damaged, or hasn’t arrived within the delivery times above, contact us at support@theclassicswing.com and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve it as quickly as possible.
If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll contact you to confirm the address and reship the order. Additional shipping costs may apply.
