Refund and Returns Policy

At TheClassicSwing, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date.

RETURN PROCESS:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of the purchase date to obtain a return authorization number. Returns without a return authorization number will not be accepted.

Once you have received your return authorization number, please pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

REFUND PROCESS:
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and issue a refund to the original form of payment. Please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable.

EXCHANGE PROCESS:
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team to initiate the exchange process. Once we receive your returned item, we will ship the new item to you free of charge.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging attached. Items that are damaged, altered, or missing parts may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

FINAL SALE ITEMS:
Please note that final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
