Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may experience a delay in processing.

SHIPPING TIME:
Shipping times will vary depending on your location. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within the United States and 7-21 business days for international orders.

SHIPPING COSTS:
We offer free shipping on all orders, regardless of the size or weight.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We offer international shipping to most countries around the world. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs or import duties that may apply to their order. These fees are not included in the shipping cost and will be the responsibility of the customer to pay upon delivery. We also cannot guarantee delivery times for international orders, as they may be delayed due to customs or other factors outside of our control.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated.

DELIVERY ISSUES:
If your order is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to correct the address and reship the order. Additional shipping fees may apply.
