FAQ

Quick answers about ordering, delivery, returns and choosing your grips. Can’t find what you need? Email support@theclassicswing.com.

Delivery

Is delivery free?

Yes. Standard delivery is free on every order. Express delivery (£8, UK and USA) is available at checkout on our Golf Pride grip sets.

How long does delivery take?

UK and USA: standard 7–12 business days; express 1–5 business days on Golf Pride grip sets. All other countries: standard delivery only, 12–30 business days depending on the country. Times are counted from dispatch.

When will my order be dispatched?

Within 1–2 business days of payment. Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays are dispatched the next business day.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, to all countries. For orders outside the UK, import duties and taxes may be charged by your country’s customs; these are paid by the customer.

How do I track my order?

When your order ships you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update. See our shipping policy for full details.

Returns

Can I return an item?

Yes, within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Final-sale items can’t be returned.

How do I start a return?

Contact us within 30 days of purchase to get a return authorisation number — returns without one can’t be accepted. The customer pays return shipping, and the original shipping cost isn’t refundable. See our refund and returns policy.

Choosing grips

Corded or rubber grips?

Corded or hybrid grips (like the Golf Pride MCC) give more traction in wet or humid weather; all-rubber grips (like the Tour Velvet) feel softer. Read corded vs rubber golf grips.

What size grip do I need?

Golf Pride’s sizing chart puts a men’s M or M/L glove in Standard and a men’s L or XL glove in Midsize. See our grip size guide.

How often should I regrip?

Golf Pride’s general guideline is about once a year or every 40 rounds — sooner if grips look shiny, feel hard or show cracks. See 6 signs your grips are worn.

Can I fit the grips myself?

Yes — you’ll need grip tape, grip solvent and a vice with a rubber shaft clamp. Follow our step-by-step guide: how to regrip golf clubs at home.
